All employees already have an account.
To login to this site:
Use your EAD username (not full email) and your EAD password
Example~
Teacher A who has this email - teacherA@dallasisd.org, and an EAD password of 1234 would log in like this:
username: teacherA
password: 1234
Click here to reset your EAD password - only if you've lost it - this is for your EAD password - because this site is a part of your single sign on.
If you still experience problems logging in, please try another browser. Sometimes, the security and internet 'cookies' can cause browser problems.
If after another browser check it still will not login, please visit password.dallasisd.org to make sure your EAD is correct and your EAD password is correct.
Remember - it is JUST your EAD to login to this site.
Once you have verified your EAD and password - you can contact I.T. as well at their new Services Now. Please include the phrase "Login Problems" in the subject line. Within your reqeust, please state 1) your name, 2) your employee ID, and 3) that you are trying to access Elearning. But you will need to double check your EAD and password first - as I.T. will first ask if you tried that on this site!
They will do their best to get you set up with your proper EAD and password.
